Your account and feedback stay separate by default

Your account controls access to RealTalk. Unless you choose to share your email when sending, RealTalk does not attach your name, email, account ID, or account record to a saved submission.

Authorized administrators and delegated operations reviewers can review saved feedback. Administrators can see who has access to RealTalk. Optional email sharing identifies you to authorized RealTalk administrators for that report, not delegated reviewers.

Anything you include in the chat itself is saved as part of the chat.
